1. use any size card templates you like in word to fit your needs, we recommend 3" x 5" and up
2. provide your company contact info, ways to win and any disclaimer
3. create a circle, 1" or 1.25" depending on the size you purchased
4. print on card stock paper
5. peel and place scratch off sticker over the circle to hide the prize
