Donations

Requirements:

• Must have at least 30 attendees

• Must have a gathering website or web page, with information such as dates, locations posted about your conference

• Our banner must be displayed on your contributors page before you fill out this form, we will verify our banner on your site before sending out the donations

• It is our discretion to decide which prize/coupon to donate; some of the gatherings will receive a coupon PDF file to print off for your attendees. You as the hostess will print off as many coupons as you need and use them to fill your goodie bags.

• After your gathering, please send us a copy of all attendees, when your attendees claim the coupon or prize we will use this list to confirm their qualification. We will not use this list for any other purpose
